As a Force.com ISV Partner, you are eligible to receive a FREE 2-User Enterprise Edition (EE) org to run your business, receive leads, and administer your Force.com apps using the License Management app (LMA). This 2-User EE org is a perfect complement to your free Developer Edition (DE) org. Force.com ISV Partners can use their DE org to build their Force.com app, and use their 2-User EE org to manage the prospects and customers who review/install their app. With a 2-User EE org, Force.com ISV Partners can now:
- Track their AppExchange Opt-In Web Leads and Partner Portal referral leads
- Track their customer installs using License Management App

How to Sign-up?
Sign-up is a snap! To submit your request, please visit the Partner Portal at www.salesforce.com/partnerportal
Sign-up is a 3-Step Process:
- Log a Partner Program Support Case to Request CRM for ISV Partners
- Partner Program Operations will review and process the case
- Partner Program Operations will provision a 2-User EE org and contact you. (Typically done 48 hours from receiving signed agreement)

How do I become a Force.com ISV?

How long will this org last?
Your 2-User EE org will last one year from signing the AppExchange Master Partner Agreement. However, it can be renewed during your annual security review.
What if I am already a EE customer?
If you already are a Salesforce.com customer on EE, when you sign up for the 2-User EE, we provide 2 more EE seats for free. These seats will renew during annual security review.
What if I am a PE customer, can I upgrade to 2-User EE for free?
No, 2-User EE can only be added on top of EE orgs. If you are a PE customer, you would have to upgrade to EE. You do have the option of requesting the 2-User EE as a separate org, but you will then have to manage two Salesforce orgs.
How can I migrate my PE org to 2-User EE org?
You can package your customization in your PE org into an unmanaged package. You can then install this package into the 2-User EE org and use Data Loader or Excel Connector to migrate the data.
How do I add more licenses to my 2-User EE org
You can either contact your Salesforce.com Account Executive or use Force.com Checkout to purchase more licenses online (see image).
