To have portal access and the ability to log self service cases, please sign up for a free Force.com account: Force.com Signup. You can choose to use this account for the sole purpose of logging cases or to begin building apps for free on the Force.com platform.

Self service portal
To log a case follow those steps:
- Go to salesforce.com
- Login using your username and password
- Click on Setup
- Click on Help And Training
- Click on My Cases then Log a Case
- Select Case Reason of General User Question
- Select General Application Area of Customer Service & Support Functionality
- Select Functional Area of Firefly
Informavores and Jacada Support for Salesforce.com Customers
